Going to Las Vegas

Carson City, Nevada to Las Vegas is about a 7 Hour Drive. 

With light traffic and good weather, it took about 7 hours to drive from Carson City to Las Vegas, Nevada.   The road is very good so there were no problems. I was a little worried because we didn’t have any cell phones at that time.  What if there was a problem on the road since there were very few cars in between.  I kept on praying that we would not have any problems in between.

When we arrived in Las Vegas I was so amazed of how vibrant the city is.  Restaurants and gambling are 24 hours a day.  The lights are so beautiful at night.  I didn’t know how to gamble at that time, but I felt dizzy from the sparkling lights, the non-stop people on the streets and activities inside the restaurants and hotels.  I said to myself Wow! I wouldn’t like to live here because of all of the traffic and I couldn’t drive at that time.  I know how to drive now but I still wouldn’t want to live there.
